Purpose Built Apps

With built-in apps for sales, customer service, operations, financials, field service, project service automation, and marketing, you can pick-and-choose which apps you need. When your company grows, you can easily scale up (or down).
Customer Insights
Imagine all of the data in your CRM on steroids and you’ll get Microsoft’s Relationship Insights. This new feature combines data from D365, O365, and BI to empower the sales team to interact with customers better. Management can monitor sales communications and sentiment, diagnose the relationship’s health, and prioritize which relationships need immediate attention.
PowerApps and Microsoft Flow
Does your team know how to use Excel or PowerPoint? Great! Then the IT department or LOBs can design an app using Microsoft’s PowerApps and Microsoft Flow.
