The next generation of intelligent business applications, Dynamics 365, will be released next week on Tuesday, November 1.

Dynamics 365 combines the powers of Dynamics ERP and CRM while supercharging it with Azure, machine learning, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and Cortana. This next generation, cloud-based business app will enable organizations to grow, evolve, and transform.

Microsoft “imagines a better world for business users everywhere” to enable companies to engage customers, empower employees, transform products, and optimize operations more intelligently than ever before.

While we anxiously await the release of this digital transformation software, here are some of the new features we’re most excited about:

Purpose Built Apps

Pay for what you want, when you need it. Dynamics 365 is all about digitally transforming your organization in a way that is most comfortable for you. With built-in apps for sales, customer service, operations, financials, field service, project service automation, and marketing, you can pick-and-choose which apps you need. When your company grows, you can easily scale up (or down).

Customer Insights

Imagine all of the data in your CRM on steroids and you’ll get Microsoft’s Relationship Insights. This new feature combines data from D365, O365, and BI to empower the sales team to interact with customers better. Management can monitor sales communications and sentiment, diagnose the relationship’s health, and prioritize which relationships need immediate attention.

PowerApps and Microsoft Flow

Does your team know how to use Excel or PowerPoint? Great! Then the IT department or LOBs can design an app using Microsoft’s PowerApps and Microsoft Flow. Easily compose new applications and extend and modify existing business processes to adapt to new business models, customer needs, or new trends in the marketplace. Whether you’re a software development expert, or have never written a line of code, PowerApps and Microsoft Flow allows you to easily create intelligent business processes.

Whether it’s the incredible machine learning capabilities, the highly-specific intelligent business data, or the ability to create an app from scratch, Dynamics 365 is going to transform how your company does business.

Dynamics 365 will be released November 1 and will offer new pricing models based on subscriptions per app or per user.

For a limited time, Microsoft is offering discounts on licenses on Dynamics 365, and Indusa will provide further savings on related services.
